1. Basis of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the exclusion of any terms or conditions put forward by or on behalf of any Research is Cool users. No alteration of these conditions shall be effective unless expressly agreed to in writing by Research is Cool.

Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring accuracy and sufficiency of any job/course advert submitted to Research is Cool. This includes but is not restricted to advertisers having obtained all necessary consents in respect of the advertisement and ensured that the advert complies with all necessary legal statutory and regulatory requirements including copyright and/or any other right of any third party.
4.3 Information provided by users
Research is Cool does not accept any responsibility for any content posted by its users. This includes text, group formations, and images posted on the site. We will try our best to moderate the content to remove malicious links posted by other users, but we are not responsible for content posted by our users.
4.4 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our subsidiaries, affiliates, managers, agents and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law or the right of a third party.
5. Interruption of service

6. Posting damaging material
Content that breaks the law and/or could have potential damage to Research is Cool or an end user is not allowed and will be removed. Any users found to be posting such content will immediately be banned from using the site.
7. Content of adverts
Users should note that advertisers have permission from Research is Cool to amend information contained within their own adverts, including deadlines and submission requirements, without prior notice to the users, and remove their adverts prior to the closing date.
8. Use of R-Net (research network)
We reserve the right to moderate and delete content posted on the research group message boards if it is deemed inappropriate, offensive or content deemed to break our Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right to amend content on a user's profile if this content is deemed inappropriate or offensive. Posting adverts by users anywhere within R-Net for research jobs and courses anywhere is against the rules of Research is Cool and the content will be removed. Users undertaking this action will receive a warning by email and if persisting in this type of action we reserve the right to remove their research profile from our user base.
9. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
These terms may be varied from time to time. Please ensure that you review these Terms & Conditions regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted any changes if you continue to use the site after they have been posted.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Scottish law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
